Which inmate is in custody for alleged assault?

NEW YORK — A man accused of assaulting a student at a Yale University online education program has been taken into custody, the school’s online safety department said.

Yale officials confirmed Monday that the man, who has not been identified, was arrested in the city of New Haven and was being held on $10,000 bond.

Yalie’s online security department said the man’s arrest was not related to the Yale case, and that Yale has no record of the incident.

Yate, a private, for-profit college, is the oldest and largest university in the U.S. with over 60,000 students.
